Congratulations! You have decided to test out your hard work and training to see just how good you can be. There are no qualifying standards in masters athletics, so get in and have a go. A personal best could be waiting for you.
This is a preparation checklist. Work through it in the days before a meet and on the morning itself.

Some events allow up to an hour for practice jumps and throws. No practice runs are permitted past competition start time.

Arriving at the start line in good shape is the hardest part. On this measure, I have already won.
